At NekwarmerMAKERS, we print BUFF®, RPM en Twex neck warmers using a clear and efficient process — so you always know exactly what to expect, and we always deliver on time.

1. Request a quote

You select the manufacturer and the desired quantity.

2. Confirm your order

Once you approve the quotation, you receive a customer form and the order confirmation. After payment of the invoice, we immediately start working on the artwork.

3. Provide your design - or let us create one

You supply your logo as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf) and specify the desired PMS colours.
No design? We create a professional proposal based on your wishes. You receive one or more design options for review.

4. Artwork approval

Once the design is fully approved, you confirm this by email. From that moment, the design is final and production can begin.

5. Production & delivery

The manufacturer produces your neck warmers according to the approved artwork.
Lead times:

• BUFF®: see the BUFF® page
• RPM: approx. 3 working weeks after artwork approval
• TWEX: approx. 3 weeks after artwork approval

For tight deadlines, delivery can take place directly from the manufacturer.
